Alli Utti

is a recent grad from the University of Oregon with degrees in advertising and public relations. She believes the combination of her two interests enables her to have a broader understanding of strategic communications. She is specifically excited to apply the skills she obtained from the SOJC in the entertainment or food and beverage industry.

As a marketing assistant for Del’s Chevron and Seaside Fueling Station, Utti organizes marketing projects, creates social media schedules, and communicates with other employees to determine the main objectives of the small business. Her enthusiasm to conquer goals pushes her in all aspects of life, including professionally.

Years of volunteering with Miss Oregon Scholarship Program has taught Utti the importance of time management and organization. Through this organization, and its Princess Camp specifically, she acquired her love for philanthropy and event planning. Seeing the empowerment that this program gives to the young women and girls who participate inspired Utti’s desire to continue working with organizations that believe in giving back.

Utti graduated in the spring of 2019 with a Bachelor of Science from the School of Journalism and Communication. She hopes to work in an industry that encourages growth and social responsibility.
